After that RITES shortlisted candidates list may release on the basis of marks of the candidates on the basis of GATE 2016. Selection Process of RITES Recruitment 2016 for Engineers
The first step is Qualified candidates shall be short-listed category-wise for Group Discussion & Personal Interview on the basis of their marks out of 100 in GATE examination 2016.
After that, candidates who have selected or shortlisted for the GD shall be required to submit the documents as may be mentioned in the call letter. In last final merit list is created on the basis of Interview, GD, Gate Score. Weightage distribution in the merit list is as described below:
GATE Score (Out of 100) – 85%
Group Discussion – 3%
Interview – 12%
Note: Candidates who have scored minimum 60% marks in Interview (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) are considered for empanelment.
